In the All in House package, you will find a service certificate. This certificate is your evidence of warranty. Do not throw it out! If you cannot show the code that’s in it, the warranty on your product will expire.

The invisible fibre protector makes your furniture fabric excellently stain repellent, allowing it to be very user friendly. Thanks to this protection, stains are easy to change and liquids will not get the chance to stain your furniture fabric permanently.
Should your furniture unexpectedly get a permanent stain, then you can make use of our professional service.
The All in House anti-stain warranty service textile includes all stains that were caused by:
-Drinks, such as: coffee, tea, chocolate milk, soda, fruit juice, wine, beer, liquor.
-Foods, such as: tomato sauce, gravy, peanut butter, chocolate spread, jam, ketchup, mayonnaise, curry ketchup.
-All human and aninal secretion and excretion, such as: Transpiration, skin oils, blood, urine, vomit, defecation.
When buying new seating furniture, you can get our full additional service at a small additional cost. You can do this until the day of delivery. This way, you will not have to worry about the service and warranty for the next 5 years.*

Shipments are mainly made through PostNL, the larger or more fragile items are sent with our own transport or Dachser.
You will then receive a notification from us about a delivery date, or an appointment will be scheduled.
For customers outside the EU it is possible to order without VAT.
After you filled in your address (outside the EU) the VAT wil be automatically deducted.
Yes, within 14 days you can return sent a product. Your purchase will be refunded shortly.
In the case of damage on delivery, we ask you to send us and email with pictures of the damage included. We will see to it that your article will be exchanged for a new one. If for some reason an immediate exchange is not possible we will try to come up with a fitting solution for you.
