The Smart Gateway connects the Lucide Premium LINIAL Smart track system with your smart home environment.
This allows all lamps to be operated intelligently and individually using the app.
Together with the intelligent driver, this is the key to personalised lighting scenes and intelligent automation.
Pay attention: The system will not work without both elements, and cannot be used in a non-smart setup.

Discover the Premium Linial Smart: More than just track lighting.
Thanks to the Zigbee protocol 802.15.4, the system easily integrates with the most used smart-home platforms (Tuya Smart, Hue, Woox, Smartlife), which makes operating the system intuitive and efficient.

The modular track system is made for ceiling mounting, pendant mounting, and wall mounting, and has a wide range of options in spots, pendants, and accessories.
Combined with the 48V low-voltage system and the magnetic assembly, this creates a safe, flexible, and sustainable lighting solution, perfect for residential, retail, and hospitality environments.
Every lamp can be individually operated using the app, and easy to group in personalised lighting scenes.

How will my order be transported?

Shipments are mainly made through PostNL, the larger or more fragile items are sent with our own transport or Dachser.
You will then receive a notification from us about a delivery date, or an appointment will be scheduled.

For customers outside the EU it is possible to order without VAT.
After you filled in your address (outside the EU) the VAT wil be automatically  deducted.

Can I return send my ordered products?

Yes, within 14 days you can return sent a product. Your purchase will be refunded shortly.

What to do when my order is delivered with damages?

In the case of damage on delivery, we ask you to send us and email with pictures of the damage included. We will see to it that your article will be exchanged for a new one. If for some reason an immediate exchange is not possible we will try to come up with a fitting solution for you.
