Shipping & Delivery

How will my order be transported?

Shipments are mainly made through PostNL, the larger or more fragile items are sent with our own transport or Dachser.
You will then receive a notification from us about a delivery date, or an appointment will be scheduled.

For customers outside the EU it is possible to order without VAT.
After you filled in your address (outside the EU) the VAT wil be automatically  deducted.

Can I return send my ordered products?

Yes, within 14 days you can return sent a product. Your purchase will be refunded shortly.

What to do when my order is delivered with damages?

In the case of damage on delivery, we ask you to send us and email with pictures of the damage included. We will see to it that your article will be exchanged for a new one. If for some reason an immediate exchange is not possible we will try to come up with a fitting solution for you.
