Oranje Wood Greenfix Colourless, White and Grey

Oranje Wood Greenfix Colourless, White and Grey is a vegetable based furniture oil (based on linseed oil).
Used for, among other things, the traditional oiling of untreated wood types.
Also to be used as maintenance oil for oil or wax lacquered furniture!
Greenfix prevents staining and protects wood from moisture and heat.
Improves wear resistance and might remove light water staining.

Scope:

For traditional oiling (finishing) of all untreated woods such as oak, cherry, colonial (teak), beech, pine.
Gives the furniture a natural and warm look.
Pay attention! The wood always fades to a bit darker tint, especially teak.
Also suitable as a maintenance tool for furniture with an oil or wax layer.
Greenfix is ​​also suitable as a maintenance tool for wooden garden furniture.

Instructions:

Furniture treated with wax or oil:

If the furniture is contaminated, clean the furniture first with WoodClean by Oranje.
With a slightly damp, firm cloth, rub the Greenfix with rotating motion into the furniture.
Rub the furniture once more after a few minutes with a dry, woolen cloth.

Untreated furniture:

If necessary – lightly grind the furniture and make dust free.
Afterwards apply Greenfix as described above.
For optimal protection repeat the treatment a few times!
After each treatment, allow the surface to dry for at least 15 minutes.

Post-treatment:

Maintain the treated surface with Greenfix (approximately 3 to 4 times a year).

Characteristics:

• Suitable for preventing stains, heat and moisture circles.
• For untreated wood or wood provided with a wax and / or oil layer.
• Easy to apply and economical in use (short drying time).
• Accentuates the furniture’s grain structure.
• Shapes a natural protective layer on the furniture.
• Greenfix can be ​​”oiled over” with Staining oil (but not with Natural Wood sealer).

Drying time:

Approx. 24 hours (depending on the type of wood, ambient temperature and amount of applied product).

Consumption indication:

On untreated wood: 250 ml is suitable for approximately 5 – 6 m2.
On treated wood: 250 ml is suitable for approximately 7 – 8 m2.
