Deliveries will mostly be handled by DHL. The bigger and seaworthy shipments may be delivered through Transmission or our own transportation.

Yes, within 14 days you can return sent a product. Your purchase will be refunded shortly.

In the case of damage on delivery, we ask you to send us and email with pictures of the damage included. We will see to it that your article will be exchanged for a new one. If for some reason an immediate exchange is not possible we will try to come up with a fitting solution for you.
